-Vast experience of previously worked at well-established institutions including NDMC Medical college, Hindu Rao Hospital and at SARAL diagnostics as a consultant pathologist.

-Successfully validated and verified new diagnostic parameters in biochemistry department of Shree Aggarsain International Hospital and brought them under NABL scope.

-Established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in biochemistry in accordance with ISO 15189:2022.

-Successfully managing quality indicators such as EQAS performance, internal quality control, and error reduction at SAIH.

-Deputy Quality Manager and establishing Quality Management Systems of Lab at Shree Aggarsain International Hospital.

-Completed certified training in cytopathology.

-Completed certified training in gastrointestinal pathology.
