• He currently serves as the Senior Consultant and Head of the Department at Shree Aggarsain International Hospital (since Feb 2024), where he oversees the complete operation of the Anesthesia department and Operation Theatres.

• Dr. Tiwari is renowned for his leadership in critical care, his academic contributions, and his expertise in managing complex, high-risk surgical cases.
