    Implemented quality management systems leading to first NABL compliance in lab services at Saral Diagnostics.
    Worked as Consultant Microbiology at Jaipur Golden Hospital for 8 years.
    Successfully validated and verified new diagnostic platforms (e.g., automated blood culture (Bactec, Bact ALERT), automated bacterial identification and sensitivity (mini- API, Phoenix, microscan Walkaway, microscan Autoscan)) at Saral Diagnostics, Jaipur Golden Hospital and Shree Aggarsain International Hospital.
    Started NABL accredited molecular diagnostic Laboratory at shree aggarsain international hospital which is equipped with world class instruments like Rotor Gene- Q, Qiastat, Standard M- 10 and performing multiple PCR assays diagnosing viral infections, tuberculosis, CNS infections, HBV & HCV quantitative etc.
    Established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in accordance with ISO 15189:2022.

    Introduced antimicrobial stewardship initiatives (e.g., antibiogram analysis, antibiotic policy creation) at Jaipur Golden Hospital and Shree Aggarsain International Hospital which includes development and improvement of antibiograms and sharing insights with clinicians for targeted therapy.
    Detected and reported significant outbreaks (e.g., MDR organisms, fungal infections) and coordinated rapid containment.
    Introduced many new tests like Scrub Typhus IgM, Clostridium difficile Toxin Assay, Crytococcus Antigen Tests for improving early diagnosis and patient outcome.
